The Elevate Winter Bazaar returns this Saturday December 3rd in the Lower Native Sons hall in Downtown Courtenay. This highly anticipated annual craft event invites attendees to uncover enticing, intriguing and beautiful works from over 40 local makers, artists and artisans.
Looking for Day of the Dead and Frida Kahlo glass beaded bracelets? Herbal body elixirs and infused soy candles? Skull tea sets? Stunning silver, glass, up-cycled and steampunk inspired jewelry? Quirky broaches and buttons? Indigenous designed and screen printed clothing? Unique art cards and prints? Succulent art and wood carvings? Fair trade chocolate, tea and coffee? Hats and hula hoops? The Bazaar runs from 10 am till 5 pm and includes a licensed Elevate Cafe, deep beats from em.ash and Rudeboy, chair massage and an Interactive Craft Space for all ages (adults highly encouraged) featuring multi media card making, magic wand making and more. Be sure to visit the Comox Valley Farmers Market right upstairs between 10 and 1!
